Meet Team Digital EDG! – Mikayla Bryant
Hey there! My name is Leah Patterson and I am the head Creative Storyteller here at Digital EDG. I’m really excited about this inaugural post, as I finally get to officially introduce the Digital EDG team to you and share a little bit more about each of us! We’ve been behind the scenes, preparing to be the best digital marketing asset to every small business we touch and now we are ready to step out the gate!
Let me introduce the team that is Digital EDG!
First up is Mikayla Bryant, our resident Visual Storyteller! Mikayla is responsible for all of the cool motion graphics that we create here at Digital EDG.
Here are a few things that make her tick:
My credentials aka what makes me legit?:
Bachelor’s Degree — Digital Cinema and Video Production — Hollywood, CA
Barista certificate from Novo Coffee, Denver, CO
5 fun facts about me:
The Lord of The Rings is my favorite thing ever.
I went to space camp.
I have a cat named Taco.
I am a horror addict.
I got to hold the 1994 Oscar for Forrest Gump (best screenplay)
What I like most about working at Digital EDG:
Working for Digital EDG is giving me the opportunity to learn more about the local lifestyle and how this community functions. I am meeting new people and discovering new places in Little Rock — I did grow up here, but I spent several years living in LA and Denver, not really thinking Little Rock had anything to offer, but I find myself being proven wrong, which is AWESOME. I am excited to help small businesses grow, i.e., making Little Rock grow.
My favorite place in Little Rock:
Wherever the elotes food truck is.
My favorite quote:
“I should have gone to college and gone into real estate and got myself an aquarium. That’s what I should have done.” ~Jeffrey Dahmer
Did you know?
Did you know that Mikayla is also a freelance artist — mixed media? Her favorite to work with is ink and watercolor.
She does local event vending for her art and she sells on Etsy. She even has a few pieces up at Vino’s Pizza in Little Rock. To add to her creative spark, she is also a published poet!
In our next post, you’ll meet the next team member; be on the lookout for it! In the meantime, I hope you’ve enjoyed getting to know Mikayla! If you have any questions about how she helps you put your best business face forward, don’t hesitate to reach out.
